snow before pumpkin decorating!

We haven't had our computer the last week due to it being fixed. It's all better now!

You may have noticed on the news a few weeks ago that it snowed here in Omaha... the snow pictures are from Oct. 10. You can imagine our surprise to open the windows that Saturday morning and see a winter wonderland! I had no idea it could snow that early in the year.

S loved it. Here he is learning how to do snow angels.P loves to give the big smiles! And he loves his daddy!

And here he is eating some birthday cake leftover from the neighbors birthday party... and P has found his feet!

Also, these will be our last videos for awhile... we left our camera in a too convenient location, and S broke it... good thing it's almost time for Christmas presents!

Happy Fall

Our boys had their first trip to the pumpkin patch this past weekend. Sammy liked the really really big ones. I think we'll be painting the pumpkins this year instead of cutting... that just sounds a little too dangerous to do with a 2 year old.

Sammy's first picture, and the only one he wanted to smile for. I've been looking forward to fall ever since we moved to Guam. Buying a pumpkin in Guam just didn't seem normal since it was hot outside and all the trees were still green... we're going full out with the fall fun: pumpkins, apple cider, chili... it's great!
