Happy Mothers Day!

After church on Mothers Day. I'm a lucky girl!
My handsome boys!
Posing with my tulips. S helped me plant those last fall :)
D with our new shed door that we built. Our old door was rotting at the bottom, and we were unable to salvage it. We were really proud of our tool working skills; it looked just like the old door! We're just waiting for the wood to dry out, so we can paint it.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game

We took the boys to their first baseball game. The Omaha Storm Chasers, and we won :)
S soaking in the atmosphere of the ballpark.
D posing with the boys.
P is only interested in running around on the bleachers.
The kid fun zone was the place to be. S begged and begged to go play on the bounce houses and merry-go-round. So we thought we would fully embrace the ballpark experience.
This was a new way for him to go down. He's getting more adventurous every day.
P is still learning how to enjoy a bounce house. He mostly just walks around or stands still.
Giddy-Up
Cheese----
We had a blast. They also had their first cotton candy, but I forgot to take a picture until it was all gone. They didn't really know what to think of it... I think the name and the texture really threw them off. So D and I ate most of it. But now, when we talk about the baseball game, that's the first thing S talks about... cotton candy.

Easter 2011

We made it to Oklahoma again this Easter and spent some quality time with family. Here S and his cousin J are playing the marble maze game.
P filling his basket with Easter eggs.
The boys, daddy and Papa.
Me and my man :)
Grandma and Grandpa :)
S looking for eggs inside Gana's house because it was raining Easter morning.
Gana and the boys.
Happy Easter!

Around the House 2

About a month ago... When we thought spring was just around the corner... bam! Here comes more snow! We've had some warm days and some cold days for the last month. On the warm days I've been busy in the garden, so I haven't taken too many pictures outside yet. On the colder days I've remembered to get my camera out more.
The boys are always finding funny things around the house and dressing up. The goggles are some of their favorite things to wear.
S 'skiing' with the George Foreman drip catchers and big kitchen spoons.... this little guy really cracks me up sometimes.
Wearing some funny hats in the yard. And their new submarine crocs.
Yummy... happy spring cookies.
The boys love wearing daddy's hats too.
Rocking out with their mini guitars. If only sound came with pictures!
