Half Marathon and Garden

My garden has been beautiful this spring. It's so fun to have flowers blooming all the time. I'm battling some wascully wabbits in my yard, but the plants they aren't eating are doing great!
Here is my mother's day hanging basket from the boys and D.
My hydrangea's... they are blue now.
Some of my roses. They have been blooming in full force. The rabbits don't bother these, so I just ordered 3 more rose bushes, one of which is red and is called the Oklahoma, yea! Boomer, Sooner!
These are out of order, but this is after the race. I was cold, so I turned on the fire. P is telling me no-no b/c I was telling him not to touch it.
Father and son relaxing after a strenuous morning. Dad running, S bouncing in the bounce house.
S and his friend JP cheering their daddies on at the race.
D and his friend M both post-race.
D finishing up the half. What a stud!
S jumping in the bounce house. He did not want to come out!
Half-way through the race. You can do it!

Catching Up in No Particular Order

It's harder to find/make the time to keep up with our pictures on here. Here are some from the past month in no particular order...
P is pulling up standing up on everything now. It won't be long before he's walking. He is "cruising" a little bit around the furniture now. I'm in no hurry for him to let go.
Apparently I shake my finger when I say 'no-no'. P has caught on to this and thinks it's fun to do to. He shakes his finger back at me every time I tell him 'no-no'. It also looks like he's saying I'm almost 1!
S really is saying he is 2.
Brother love. We have been cooped up all week due to rainy weather. So I busted out some black curtains, put them in matching shirts, and took some pictures.
These were about the only 2 that turned out, and then P was ready to crawl away and do something else. He did not want to be restrained.
After a busy morning of errands with mommy.
A favorite pass-time of the boys... it also requires a good scrub down afterwards. S likes to put the sand all over himself and all over P.
Not sure where this smile came from. Looks a little goofy, but I guess it's appropriate since he's posing with the deer(?) statue. This is at Lauritzen Gardens in Omaha. It's a great place to go for a nice outdoor walk.
My parents in the garden.
S in the garden. I was teaching him that these flowers are called tulips... he interpreted.. two lips.

Easter Pics

P was really having fun with his egg! It makes a good teether.
S rockin' out with the Easter eggs... where does he come up with this stuff?

Having fun wearing his Easter clothes.

The things we do for good pictures... everyone make a sad face... now...

make your Happy face!!!

Jump up and down... say hooray!
Cousin love. B and S.
S did not want to have anything to do with a family picture in the hammock. This was the best one, and I've got my hand up snapping trying to get the boys to look at the camera and smile... oh well!
PawPaw and the boys with his special hair :)
P loving a different Easter egg... it only takes one for this guy!
